Insalata Capricciosa (Capricciosa Salad) with tuna, avocado, soya, Carasau bread and stuffed olives

  • 200 g
    Salad greens
  • 120 g
    ROBO Yellowfin Tuna in extra virgin olive oil
  • 80 g
    D’AMICO Soya
  • 80 g
    Avocado pear
  • 250 g
    Mayonnaise
  • 20 g
    Mustard
  • 1,2 g
    Soy sauce
  • 0,6 g
    Orange zest
  • 50 g
    Carasau bread
  • 50 g
    ROBO Olive Verdi Giganti (Giant Green Olives)
  • 50 g
    Semi-dried red cherry tomatoes in ROBO oil
  • 50 g
    Semi-dried yellow cherry tomatoes in ROBO oil

Preparation method

  1. Add the Yellowfin Tuna, soya and avocado to the washed salad greens.
    In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, soy sauce and grated orange zest. Use the sauce obtained to dress the salad greens.
    Arrange the salad greens on the plate in a regular shape with the aid of a mould.
    Decorate with semi-dried Yellow and Red cherry Tomatoes as well as Giant Green Olives and garnish with slices of Carasau bread.
