Milan, september 2021- D'Amico together with Robo, a reference point for Ho.Re.Ca. professionals since 1938 and part of the D’Amico Group since 2018, also this year confirm the partnership with In Cibum the High School of Gastronomic Education.

The school stands out for offering an exclusive education to young people, interested in cooking, professionals and aspiring chefs, pastry chefs and pizza chefs. The school is also a privileged access channel onto the world of work by connecting students with star chefs as well as with the best cooking professionals, both Italian and international, ensuring the development of relationships and synergies with the entire food and wine world.

D'Amico Group, as main partner, will actively participate in the School through various projects and also by providing some selected Robo and D'Amico products in the cooking courses with the aim of highlighting specialization, excellence and quality in the Ho.Re.Ca sector.

The next occasion that will see the active involvement of the Group is scheduled for the 13th of September on the occasion of the first edition of In Cibum Extra, which will be an annual event of the School, with the purpose of creating an opportunity for dialogue between the protagonists of the complex world of Italian food.

The topic of this year is the "rediscovery" taking into consideration the lockdown experience which has allowed us to reflect on a variety of aspects, including roots, traditions and priorities. An intense day of training, divulgation, confrontation and entertainment where the chef Valentino Tafuri will make a pizza in a baking tray using the Electum D'Amico tomatoes and, in addition, Michele Bufano - Robo's chef ambassador - will delight guests during the lunch break by making versatile and fast dishes using the brand products.

At the end of the event, participants will receive a gift consisting of a Robo shopper with a reference of Electum D'Amico Tomatoes inside.
