To prepare the pistachio crumble: Knead the ROBO Armonia di Pistacchio with butter and sugar, then add the sifted flour.
Form into sausage shapes and leave to cool in the fridge, then pass through a sieve with a large mesh to obtain a crumbly mixture.
Put 1 kg of the raw crumble dough onto the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160 C° for 22 minutes. Take care that the pasta is not cooked too rapidly, otherwise there is a risk that it will remain raw inside!
To prepare the creamed rice: Rinse the rice in cold water, pour it into the boiling milk (the quantity varies according to the quality of the rice), add salt and sugar.
Cook on a low heat for at least 30 minutes. Allow it to cool.
