Gourmet sandwich with Parma dry-cured ham, buffalo mozzarella cheese, Basil Pesto PDO sauce and yellow and red cherry tomatoes

  • 50 g
    Dry-cured Parma ham
  • 40 g
    Buffalo mozzarella cheese
  • 10 g
    ROBO semi-dried yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g
    Pomodori semi-secchi a filetti in olio ROBO
  • 15 g
    Lettuce
  • 2 g
    ROBO Genoese Basil Pesto sauce
  • Baguette bread

Preparation method

  1. Warm the bread in the oven and then cut it in half.
    Fill the sandwich starting with a layer of lettuce, followed by a layer of dry-cured Parma ham; then alternate slices of mozzarella cheese, yellow cherry tomatoes and tomato fillets.
    Finish by drizzling with Genoese Pesto sauce that has been previously diluted in cold water. Serve the sandwich open
