Grill the hamburger. Blanch the Friarielli.
Cut the hamburger bun in half and toast both sides.
Spread the 4-cheese cream on the toasted part of the bread, so that the heart of the bread is protected from absorbing any excess liquid.
Compose the burger with a layer of salad, beef, tomato slices, Friarielli, mozzarella cheese and top with caramelised onions.
Put the sandwich on a serving dish and serve it with the crispy vegetables.
