    Beef hamburger
  • 70 g
    Hamburger buns
  • 30 g
    ROBO Friarielli Broccoli alla Napoletana (Neapolitan-style Broccoli)
  • 15 g
    ROBO Sliced Caramelised Onion
  • 20 g
    Tomato
  • 40 g
    Courgettes
  • 40 g
    Carrots
  • 13 g
    Rice flour
  • 8 g
    ROBO “Maxi resa” (“Maxi Yield”) 4 Cheese Cream sauce
  • 30 g
    Mozzarella cheese
  • 9 g
    Mixed leaf salad

Preparation method

  1. Grill the hamburger. Blanch the Friarielli.
    Cut the hamburger bun in half and toast both sides.
    Spread the 4-cheese cream on the toasted part of the bread, so that the heart of the bread is protected from absorbing any excess liquid.
    Compose the burger with a layer of salad, beef, tomato slices, Friarielli, mozzarella cheese and top with caramelised onions.
    Put the sandwich on a serving dish and serve it with the crispy vegetables.
