Milan, 20 February 2020 - D'Amico enters into a partnership with In Cibum, School of High Gastronomic Training.
The school is the largest in Southern Italy and is distinguished by offering exclusive training to young cooking enthusiasts, cooks, pastry chefs and pizza makers. It is also a privileged access channel for employement by putting students in contact with the most renowned masters of Italian cuisine and ensuring the development of relationships and synergies with food and wine world.
The collaboration involves the active participation of the D'Amico Group in the School through different projects and the use of selected Robo and D'Amico products in cooking courses. It aims to highlight specialization, excellence and quality in the field of Ho.re.Ca. that distinguish the two realities.
The first opportunity that will see the active involvement of the group is constituted by In Cibum Lab, the new innovation laboratory of the School that, starting from 28 February 2020, will start with a program to support wannabe entrepreneurs of catering. Sabato D'Amico, CEO of the Company, will be part of the technical committee which will evaluate, together with a commission of professionals, the start-ups participating in the competition.
